Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body using bodyweight exercises performed on a mat.
Focusing on controlled movements, breathwork, and alignment to improve
flexibility, posture, and overall strength.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our mat Pilates classes are suitable for all abilities
Mat Pilates classes at Boxlab hold a maximum of 6 people per class.
All mats & equipment are provided.

REFORMER PILATES
​​Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialised piece of equipment known as the reformer. It utilizes adjustable springs and a sliding carriage to provide resistance and support, offering a challenging yet controlled exercise experience. This method improves strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness.

Our Reformer Pilates classes have a maximum of 4 people per session.

As well as group classes, we also offer personalised Reformer Pilates sessions on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, allowing you to train either on your own or with a friend or family member.
Enjoy a private, focused environment where each session is tailored specifically to your goals and abilities.
